LOCAL CDL-A INTERMODAL DRIVER - INDIANAPOLIS, IN | $1,350-$1,450 WEEKLY

BENEFITS

Average Weekly Pay: $1,350–$1,450

Annual Pay: $72,000–$80,000

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (conditions apply)

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, starting at 7:00 PM

Home Time: Daily; Friday and Saturday off

Freight: Intermodal containers, primarily no-touch, with 75% drop-and-hook

Routes: Indianapolis to Chicago daily, plus local runs within a 100–200-mile radius

Mileage: Approximately 2,000 miles per week

Average Loads: 17 per week

Pay: $0.50–$0.57 CPM

Additional Pay: $45 live load/unload, $25 customer drop-and-hook, $15 out-of-route empty/crosstown, $15/hour rail delay after 1 hour, $20/hour detention after 1.5 hours, and $20/hour training pay

Equipment: Day cab, 53-foot intermodal containers; slip seating required. Trucks stay at the yard.

Truck Rules: No smoking, passengers, pets, or take-home trucks.

Sign-On Bonus Conditions: First payment after first dispatch. Drivers must remain active in the same position. Bonus is forfeited if transferring and is unavailable to drivers employed within the past 60 days.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience

Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days

No SAP drivers accepted

No-touch freight; night driving required
