Complete Care at Kimberly Hall South is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 180-bed skilled nursing facility in Windsor, CT.

With a 4-star overall CMS rating, our facility is committed to providing quality resident care. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who can maintain high standards, support nursing staff, and drive continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and staff.

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.

• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to support facility goals.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license required.

• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical compliance.

• Proven leadership, communication, and staff development skills.

• Ability to manage clinical operations in a fast-paced environment.
