Job Description

Looking for a CDL-A driving position with weekly home time, consistent 48-hour resets, and an assigned sleeper truck? This regional opportunity offers consistent routes throughout Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia.

Drivers will haul a mix of dry and refrigerated grocery freight with no-touch freight and live unloads.

Pay

• $1,300 average weekly pay
• $1,500+ weekly for top performers
• $20 additional pay per stop
• 1,600–1,700 miles per week
• Routes pay whichever is greater: mileage pay or minimum mileage band pay
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Weekly
• Consistent 48-hour reset
• Same two days off every week
• Work 5 days on / 2 days off
• Afternoons and nights required
• Weekends and holidays required
• No weekend-off schedules currently available for full-time drivers
• Additional shifts may become available with increased tenure

Freight & Routes

• Dry and refrigerated grocery freight
• No-touch freight
• Live unloads
• Approximately 1,600–1,700 miles per week
• Typically 2 routes per working day
• Shifts may run 11–14 hours

Training

• 1 day onsite training: Paid $125
• 3–4 day ride-along: Paid $50 per day

• 150 Days: $250
• 180 Days: $750

Bonus Eligibility

Driver must be an active company driver on the day each bonus payment is made.

• Must be willing to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be comfortable with 11–14 hour shifts
