Requirements
2+ years of surveying drafting or design experience
Strong hands-on AutoCAD Civil 3D experience for survey drafting and plan development
Experience working with coordinate geometry (COGO) and survey field data
Experience preparing boundary, topographic, and ALTA Land Title Surveys
Strong understanding of field surveying procedures with the ability to interpret and translate field-collected data into accurate drawings
Associate degree in Surveying or comparable practical experience
Plusses
Experience preparing legal descriptions, easements, and dedications
Construction stakeout calculation experience
Working toward Professional Surveyor (PS) licensure
Active Professional Surveyor (PS) license
