Logistics Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Logistics Coordinator to support transportation activities, coordinate shipments, and help ensure efficient supply chain operations.

This hybrid position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, coordinating multiple activities, and working with different teams to keep business operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will assist with shipment coordination, transportation scheduling, and communication between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities

• Schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation services

• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments

• Monitor shipment progress and provide delivery status updates

• Assist with resolving transportation delays and logistical challenges

• Maintain accurate shipment records and transportation documentation

• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to support order fulfillment

• Track delivery schedules and ensure timely communication

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency

• Support inventory coordination and supply chain activities

• Prepare logistics reports and operational updates

• Assist with transportation planning and resource coordination

• Ensure logistics activities follow established company procedures

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and digital business tools

• Ability to coordinate multiple shipments and priorities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations is beneficial

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, retail operations, or related fields is preferred but not required
