We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and support our skilled nursing team. This is a unique opportunity to manage a unit in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while mentoring nurses and shaping high-quality care.

Your Role:

• Manage daily operations of your assigned unit
• Communicate with families regarding resident care and updates
• Supervise RN, LPN, and trainee staff, including orientation and delegation
• Conduct nursing rounds and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Mentor staff, providing clinical guidance and career development
• Establish standards of care for your unit
• Review resident records and quality of care
• Monitor overall care and address questions from residents or families
• Represent your unit to upper-level management

Qualifications:

• Valid NY RN License
• CPR Certification required
• Experience in long-term care
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills
• Team-oriented, with a commitment to quality patient care
