Journeyman Electrician (MA)

Location: Regional and National Travel (MA-Based)

Compensation: Up to $65.00 per hour, plus overtime & per diem

Job Overview

Our client, one of the fastest-growing commercial solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies in the nation, is looking to bring on a number of Journeyman Electricians to support a large volume of commercial solar projects across Massachusetts and beyond. This is a full-time role with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Travelling to project sites around Massachusetts and across the greater region (potential nationwide travel)
• Planning and installing electrical and conduit runs and interconnections
• Testing and commissioning the systems
• Installing inverters (experience SolarEdge and other three phase inverters is a plus)
• Installing any additional systems, such as energy monitoring and communication systems
• Ensuring all safety standards are met and adhered to

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• A Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical License
• Experience with three-phase, 480 volt systems (or higher)
• Experience with power/utility shutdowns
• Willingness to travel
• Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills
