We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our young clients.

Job Summary:

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You will work closely with our experienced therapists and collaborate with families to develop personalized treatment plans. We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques

• Teach play skills, social skills, and self-help skills to children on the autism spectrum

• Document session outcomes and provide behavior support within group settings

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements:

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course

• Previous ABA experience preferred

• Excellent references

• RBT certification preferred, but we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
