Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a babysitter for my 8-year-old in Beachwood. I am a registered nurse with a varying schedule. I would need help 2-3 days/week getting my son ready for school in the morning and dropping him off at school (about 1. 5 hours). Also for afternoon school pick up and to stay with him until I get home from work (about 5. 5 hours). I know the schedule is complicated, but could work well for someone for works from home.
