Housekeeper Needed

I really just have two bedrooms that need to be vacuumed. One bedroom that needs dusted and vacuumed two full baths that need to be cleaned one 1/2 bath . I would just like some of the windows cleaned on the inside, probably once a month and then its just the kitchen and floors. The first will probably be a little more, but I have had a cleaner once a month for years.
