General Job Description: This position will assist the CIG commercial team with whatever tasks may be needed, but will focus on the areas listed below. There may be opportunities for this role to expand based on strengths and areas of team need. 

Primary Job Responsibilities: The essential responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

-Issuing Certificates

-Assisting with claims

-Updating changes of address and vehicles/drivers

-Updating mortgagee 

-Managing CIG commercial email inbox and delegating

-Assisting with renewal reminders

Secondary Job Responsibilities May Include:

-Helping with team activities and emails

-Assisting with payments

-Assisting with endorsements/policy changes

-Loss runs
