Travel Pipefitter

Location: Silverthorne & Eagle, CO

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00/hr

Per Diem: $125/day worked

Lodging: Hotel provided on working days

Schedule: 4x10s | 40 Hours per Week

Project Duration: Approximately 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Pipefitters for a large-scale boiler and mechanical room project in the Silverthorne and Eagle, Colorado areas. This role involves demolition, equipment removal, new piping installation, and mechanical room construction. Candidates who perform well may have the opportunity to continue on future mountain projects as work remains consistent throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing boiler components and equipment
• Perform demolition work in preparation for new system installation
• Assist with the construction and build-out of new mechanical rooms
• Install and fit piping systems according to project specifications
• Measure, prepare, assemble, and install pipe and related components
• Safely operate hand tools and pipefitting equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to job site safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous pipefitting experience required
• Experience installing and fitting piping systems in commercial or industrial environments
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings is preferred
• Must provide standard hand tools
• Larger pipefitting and specialty tools will be supplied
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team

Pay & Benefits

• $28-$32/hour depending on experience
• $125/day per diem for days worked
• Hotel provided on working days
• 4-day work week (4x10 schedule)
• Approximately 6 months of steady work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
