Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor installation helpers.
- Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience required.
- Experience as a Lead Installer preferred.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
- Ability to work independently and lead an installation team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
