Packer About the Opportunity

HTI is seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a leading packaging manufacturer committed to quality, safety, and innovation. In this role, you will support production operations by preparing, packing, and dispatching quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Starting pay rate:

$18-19/hr.

Work hours: 1st or 2nd Shift

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work in different departments based on operational needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Basic computer skills for production and quality data entry.

What You’ll Do

• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Pack and dispatch products according to company quality standards and specifications.
• Support daily production targets by maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with machine operators and team members to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
• Complete computer data entry for production and quality tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate production issues or concerns to supervisors as needed.
