We’re hiring a Healthcare Contact Center Appointment Coordinator to support audiology clinics by booking patient visits and delivering great service from our office.

What you’ll do

• Place outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to schedule audiology appointments.
• Verify patient information and capture accurate details in our scheduling tools.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance and set clear next steps.
• Stay focused on goals for quality, efficiency, and attendance.

Must-haves

• 1+ year in an inbound/outbound call center role.
• Friendly, customer-service orientation with strong verbal communication.
• Dependable, committed, and goal-oriented; excellent attendance is essential.
• PC literacy and confidence using internet browsers and basic software.
• Proficiency in Customer Service.

Schedule & training

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Five-day workweek, including weekends.
• Two-week training: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Work setting

In person. This is not a remote job.
