About the Role

You'll join the Cincinnati office and handle civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice. You'll work alongside partners, fellow attorneys, and staff, and you'll be a direct point of contact for clients.

The firm serves regional and national clients and expects practical, results-oriented representation. It also gives associates the trust and exposure to deliver it.

What You'll Do

• Own your cases from the first file review to final resolution
• Research the facts and law that build a strong case
• Lead client meetings and site visits
• Take and defend depositions and attend mediations
• Appear in court and handle the pleadings and documents behind every filing
• Keep every assignment on track and every deadline met

What We're Looking For

• J.D. degree
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Two years of experience practicing law as an attorney
• Strong legal research and writing skills

Helpful Experience

• Kentucky licensure
• Medical malpractice experience
• Trial experience
