What You'll Do

As an Academy Director, you'll have the opportunity to lead your own center, develop a strong team, and create an exceptional experience for children and families.

• Lead daily academy operations and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.

• Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop your team.

• Maintain licensing, safety, staffing ratios, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and center performance.

• Support high-quality early childhood education and curriculum implementation.

• Build strong family relationships and support enrollment growth and retention.

• Partner with regional leadership to achieve academy goals.

What We're Looking For

• Pennsylvania Director Credential.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with 18 ECE credits, or a related field with 30 ECE credits.

• Previous leadership experience in early childhood education.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A positive, dependable, team-oriented leadership style.

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and English communication skills.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Terms: Paid in three installments at 90 days, six months, and one year. Candidates must start within 30 days of accepting an offer. Rehires are not eligible. Bonus eligibility requires a minimum of an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with 18 ECE credits and a commitment to obtain a Director Credential.
