About the Role

You'll lead general business and transactional work for closely held companies, including M&A deals that you run as first chair.

What You'll Do

• Lead M&A transactions as first chair
• Advise closely held businesses on general business and transactional matters
• Work alongside other attorneys on complex transactions
• Grow and serve your own client relationships

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of general business and transactional experience with closely held businesses
• First-chair M&A experience
• Seasoned judgment and excellent client communication
• A strong professional reputation

Helpful Experience

• A partial or full book of business

Work Environment

This is a full-time role in the firm's Ohio and Kentucky markets, including Cincinnati and Louisville.
