Experienced Project manager / Estimator

$85K–$100K + Monthly Performance Bonus (Based on Experience)

KRB Development is a busy, established general contractor (since 2005, BBB A+) doing commercial and residential work across the Valley. Our pipeline is growing, and we need a sharp Estimator / Project Manager who can price a job, sell it, and run it from start to finish.

What You'll Do



Bring in new business. This is a big part of the job.


•      Go after new clients and projects every day

•      Find bid opportunities on PlanHub, Dodge, and ConstructConnect

•      Network, follow up on leads, and build relationships with owners, property managers, and GCs

•      Present bids and close deals


Estimate and manage projects


•      Walk projects and meet with clients on site

•      Review plans and specs, and build detailed, accurate estimates

•      Manage projects from contract to closeout, including scheduling, cost control, and coordinating with subs

•      Own all estimates, change orders, and invoices

•      Collect and track subcontractor COIs


Requirements


•      Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience

•   Project coordination or project management experience  
•  Run Jobs efficiently from start to finish 
•  Communicate with the field team Dailey
•  Update the software daily  
•  A proven track record of bringing in new business 
•  Excellent communication and sales skills, with the confidence to talk construction with client Strong knowledge of construction
•  Processes and materials
•  Experience with estimating software  
•  Experience with AIA contracts 
•  Strong math and analytical skills  
• Strong  organizational skills 
• To call up and solicit the Dodge, Plan hub , Contract connect for new business and build relationships with owners , Architects Property managers, Realtors

•      QuickBooks Online experience

•      JobTread experience

•      Electrical estimating experience

•      Your own contacts or book of clients
