We combine conventional medicine with a functional, root-cause approach to help adult women at every stage of life, including primary care, gynecology, family planning, weight management, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Our patients get longer visits, personalized care plans, and a team that treats them as
partners in their health.
The Role
We are seeking a board-certified MD or DO with training in functional or integrative
medicine to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
with a focus on identifying and addressing the underlying drivers of illness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations, including detailed health histories and appropriate lab and diagnostic evaluation
- Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and conventional therapies
- Manage conditions such as hormonal imbalance, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, fertility concerns, perimenopause and menopause, fatigue, gut health, and metabolic and autoimmune issues
- Provide hormone therapy and other evidence-based interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with our care team of nurse practitioners.
- Document care thoroughly and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
Hours:
- 16-24 hours per week
Salary:
- $90.00-$110.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
- Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, GYN, or a relatedspecialty
- Certification or training in functional medicine (IFM, A4M, or equivalent) preferred
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts and DEA registration
- Experience in women’s health required
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient education
