CDL Heavy Equipment Operator -- Site & Earthwork

Step into a Day on Our Boca Raton Crew

Sun up in Boca Raton, FL: you arrive, gear up, and climb aboard the machines that keep projects moving. You start with thorough pre-operational checks—fluids, controls, safety systems—before easing an excavator into position. By mid-morning, you’re alternating between a bulldozer for grading and a loader to move materials, keeping the site efficient and safe. You coordinate with your foreman and teammates, verify that loads are secure, and record hours, inspections, and maintenance notes as you go. When a small issue pops up, your basic mechanical know-how gets the equipment back on track. Throughout the day, safety isn’t a box to check—it’s how you work.
