What you will tackle

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust CNC machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Diagnose and repair cross-disciplinary faults (mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/software)
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
• Maintain accurate records of PMs, breakdown repairs, and parts usage
• Order and stock critical machine components to minimize wait times
• Troubleshoot and maintain facility equipment including a forklift and overhead crane
• Champion safety practices and compliance, including LOTO

What you bring to the floor

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with CNC lathes, mills, grinders, hydraulic broaches, and saws
• Working knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls
• Blueprint and schematic literacy
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment is highly preferred
