You hop in your car, head to a local restaurant in Canton, OH, and quietly observe how guests are greeted, how orders are handled, and whether team members follow expected sales practices. Later, you stop by a convenience store to do the same. Back at your car, you capture clear, objective notes and submit a detailed report. That’s a typical outing as our Retail Compliance Field Evaluator.

What You’ll Do

• Visit assigned restaurants and convenience stores to validate sales practices and assess customer service.
• Document your experience and complete thorough, structured reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and remain impartial in all evaluations.

What You’ll Need

• Ages 21–25.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions.
• Must have your own car and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Required availability during the first week of every month.

Schedule, Pay, and Location

• Part-time, flexible scheduling with assignments that may include evenings and weekends.
• Pay: $18 per hour plus $0.50 per mile for travel.
• Service area: Canton, OH and nearby locations.
