Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff.

• Manage budgets, staffing, census, and overall financial performance.

• Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator license required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator required.

• Thorough understanding of CMS regulations and survey processes.

• Demonstrated success in leadership, financial management, and team development.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
