About the Role:
Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Technical Consultant – SPM 9 to join our growing team in Carmichael, CA. Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for enterprise clients
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering with key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain SPM 9 workflows, demand management, project tracking, and resource planning modules
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM) certification required
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM 9 including demand, project, and portfolio management
• 3+ years of ServiceNow consulting or implementation experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work on-site or hybrid in Carmichael, CA
