What You'll Do:

• Inspect molded plastic parts to ensure they meet fit, form, and function standards.
• Perform first piece, hourly, and final inspections according to quality procedures.
• Measure parts using gauges, calipers, templates, or other inspection tools.
• Identify defects such as warping, short shots, flash, deformities, or incorrect dimensions.
• Apply and verify product identification labels on parts and finished goods.
• Operate production machines, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and routine adjustments.
• Monitor machine output and report any irregularities or equipment concerns.
• Trim, deburr, or finish parts as needed to meet quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate counts, documentation, and inspection records.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.
• Communicate quality or production issues to leads,

What We're Looking For:

• Prior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, production sheets, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
