Material Handler | Urgent Hiring | Pay - 18$ - 21.50$

The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes handling, storing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

• Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for inventory and shipping.

• 1-3 years of manufacturing, distribution, and logistics experience.
• 1-3 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• 1-3 years of palletizing, inventory, picking, and staging experience.
• 1+ years of WMS experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in inventory control and quality assurance.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Work alongside 270 internal employees spread over three buildings, in an inside/outside environment. Operate as part of a team within distribution assisting the manufacturing facility. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
