Robert B. Our, a division of Bay State Sewage Disposal, Inc., is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Pump Truck Driver in South Yarmouth, MA. This is a local, home-daily opportunity offering $27–$35 per hour, weekly pay, excellent benefits, paid training, and overtime eligibility

Robert B. Our is a family-owned septic system service and waste disposal company with 20 subsidiaries under its umbrella. The position involves residential and commercial pumping and disposal of non-hazardous waste while working directly with customers throughout the service area.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, paid as $500 after 90 days, $500 after six months, and $500 after one year.

What You'll Do

As a Pump Truck Driver, you'll operate a company service truck and travel to residential and commercial locations to pump and dispose of non-hazardous waste.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Operate trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons
• Pump residential and commercial septic systems
• Pump commercial grease traps
• Verify routes and service instructions using an iPad
• Obtain customer receipts or signatures and collect payments when required
• Follow company safety procedures
• Maintain complete and accurate load documentation
• Inspect mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage
• Complete required end-of-day paperwork

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Valid Medical Card
• 24 months driving experience with Tanker Endorsement
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
