Construction Project Manager High-End Residential
SUMMARY:
Liberty Personnel Services has partnered with Connecticut's premier high-end residential builder to find an experienced Project Manager.
DESCRIPTION:
- Take full ownership of high-end, luxury residential renovations, from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor performance
- Act as primary point of contact for private clients, architects, interior designers and building management
- Navigate building code requirements, alteration agreements and DOB filings
- Coordinate millwork, stone, metalwork and specialist trades through shop drawings, samples and mock-ups
- Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals and owner reporting
- Oversee punch lists, closeout and client handover
SALARY: $130,000 - $170,000
