Inventory Warehouse Manager

Seeking an operations and inventory professional with experience supporting field service technicians in a multi-location environment. Ideal backgrounds include HVAC, plumbing, petroleum service, restaurant equipment service, electrical contracting, or similar industries with rolling warehouse operations and technician truck stock management. Experience with inventory controls, replenishment systems, branch operations, and fast-paced service environments is required.

Key Role Responsibilities

Owner of warehouse inventory KPIs including turns, inventory balance, truck replenishments, and support Operations to serve customers:

·         Order placement with vendors

·         PO entry in ERP Vision System

·         Oversee order receipts and shipping documentation

·         Work with key vendors to confirm on time delivery

·         Cycle counts / physical inventory

·         Warranty and Core Management

·         Cross functional + Team communication

·         Lead warehouse material handlers / clerks

·         Maintain chain of custody standards to control leakage

·         Support inventory transfers across branches

·         Maintain right-size inventory levels of key parts

Min Qualifications

·         3+ years’ experience in warehouse inventory management including ;

·         Vendor Ordering

·         Restocking per MIN MAX levels

·         1+ year w/ major EPR system experience (e.g. SAP, Vision, MS, Acumatica)

·         Truck or Bin restocking demand management

·         Strong Excel experience

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong understanding of inventory processes including warranty, returns, purchase orders, inventory reports, cycle count management, physical inventory processes, inventory metrics

Other Qualifications

·         3+ years supporting Field Services type industry

·         Inventory management scope of 500+ SKUs / $1M avg inventory balance
