Position Overview

As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in assembling and producing high-quality catalog products while supporting various warehouse and manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Assembly (80%)

• Assemble catalog products according to specifications and quality standards
• Utilize hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect completed products for accuracy and quality

Inventory & Material Support (5%)

• Compile parts orders
• Transfer completed products to inventory utilizing Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Cross-Training & Team Support (5%)

• Provide backup support for various department functions as needed

Facility Maintenance (5%)

• Assist with general building upkeep and maintenance tasks

Shipping Support (5%)

• Build shipping crates and assist with domestic and international shipping operations

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Experience using hand tools and basic power tools
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings
• Basic computer skills and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Forklift certification is a plus and may be required at management discretion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay

$18.00 per hour
