A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full Time, On-Site, Material Handler in Boise, ID! (PAY IS $17/HR, HOURS ARE 7AM-7PM SUNDAY-TUESDAY AND ALTERNATING WEDNESDAYS)

Join the team as a Material Handler supporting critical on-site logistics and material movement operations. This role is essential to keeping materials flowing accurately and efficiently throughout the facility while providing excellent internal customer support.

Material Handler Compensation

• The pay for this position is $17.00/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Material Handler Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday with alternating Wednesdays

Material Handler Responsibilities

·       Accurately process online transactions related to materials and inventory.

·       Receive, deliver, and transport materials throughout the facility.

·       Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

·       Label, stock, and repackage materials as needed.

·       Interface with internal customers to take orders and enter electronic requests.

·       Answer customer questions regarding materials and order status.

·       Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Material Handler Requirements

·       0–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.

·       Ability to lift 25–40 lbs on a regular basis.

·       Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·       Basic computer skills for processing electronic transactions.

·       Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.

·       Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
