Member Engagement Representative Highlights

• Pay: $20.35 - $22.25 (depending on healthcare insurance experience)
• Location: Akron, OH 44305 (On-Site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
• Employment Type: Temporary

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage plan changes over the phone using a compliance-approved script
• Document all member interactions and calls; maintain accurate tracking and follow-up
• Support outreach programs to increase retention of Medicare members at risk for disenrollment
• Assist members with plan information, network/pharmacy questions, and plan selection support
• Make outbound calls during AEP timeframe as needed to communicate plan/network updates
• Adhere to CMS marketing/compliance guidelines and company policies
• Support reporting/database updates and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years in a call center/customer service/support role in the health insurance industry
• Experience working with Medicare beneficiaries
• Understanding of Medicare/health insurance compliance and Medicare plan benefits
• Ability to complete plan/product training with a 90% passing score
• Strong computer and multitasking skills (documenting while on calls)

Licensing (Preferred)

• Health insurance license preferred (not required)
