Cooks

We are seeking Cooks to support lunch and dinner service in a healthcare facility kitchen. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Cook will work independently at an assigned station to prepare, cook, and plate meals while maintaining high standards of sanitation, organization, and operational efficiency.

Hourly Pay - $20.00 plus Overtime

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and execute recipes for lunch and dinner service.
• Cook meals according to established recipes and service requirements.
• Portion ingredients accurately and consistently.
• Set up and maintain an assigned individual station.
• Plate meals efficiently and coordinate orders with the kitchen team.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness throughout service.
• Monitor inventory and communicate ingredient needs to the Executive Chef.
