NOW HIRING: Technical Recruiter - Hybrid

Location: Detroit, MI, or Charlotte, NC
Pay: $24–$26 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a or 9a start time

A-Line Staffing is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen technology professionals. This position offers the opportunity to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and support technology hiring needs.

Candidate maY be based in either Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC and must be available to work onsite 2-3 days each week.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for software engineering, data, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, product, and technology leadership positions.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, and internet research to identify qualified talent.
• Engage passive candidates who may not be actively seeking a new opportunity.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, interest, and alignment with open positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and share recruiting updates.
• Research talent markets and competitors to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining clear communication and organized candidate records.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technology sourcing and/or technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for one or more technology disciplines, such as software engineering, data, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, product, or technology leadership.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience identifying, engaging, and screening passive candidates.
• Ability to build qualified candidate pipelines and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting high-volume or large-scale technology hiring.
• Familiarity with talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and other recruiting technologies.
