Warehouse/Inventory Associate

Holden, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Warehouse/Inventory Associates for immediate openings in Holden, LA. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to accurately perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse records. This position offers a four-day workweek with opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays.

Essential Duties:

• Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Track, count, and verify warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize computer systems to enter, update, and maintain inventory information.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining warehouse materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Complete additional warehouse and inventory tasks as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and accurately document inventory information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform accurate cycle counts and basic inventory calculations.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to begin work immediately.
• Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
• Ability to move throughout the warehouse to conduct inventory counts and verify materials.
