Client: ATM Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 8 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: North Canton, OH 44720
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Work Arrangement: Flexible – 2–3 Days in Office
Description:
Job Summary
- Support Inside & Renewal Sales teams with product and service order entry, documentation, and revenue generation.
- Manage account reconciliation, invoice research, reporting, and sales-related tasks throughout the selling cycle.
- Support customer renewals, proposals, and territory-based sales activities across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams in achieving annual quotas through accurate product and service order processing.
- Manage weekly and monthly renewal activities, customer emails, proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and update customer equipment lists, renewal records, and contract information.
- Use Salesforce to document, track, report, and forecast renewal opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, support marketing campaigns, make outbound customer calls, and generate sales leads.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, data entry, and/or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer-facing approach.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel; strong mathematical skills, preferably involving accounting or financial math.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, ability to learn new systems quickly, and experience supporting inside sales or customer renewal activities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
