Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and District Manager by overseeing daily store operations, supervising a team of 11–25 employees, and helping deliver strong customer service and sales performance. This role primarily supports individual store initiatives and offers an internal promotion pathway.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and support individual store initiatives.
• Supervise, guide, and support a team of 11–25 employees.
• Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and report relevant results.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail store operations.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Knowledge of sales performance analysis and staff scheduling.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to resolve workplace and customer conflicts effectively.
