Title: Bilingual Resident Services Receptionist

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm

OFF on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays

Pay: $21.00 an hour

Seeking a Bilingual Resident Services professional for the front desk of a luxury apartment community in Mission Valley San Diego! The professional supports the on-site property team by building strong resident relationships, responding to inbound inquiries, and supporting leasing and lead-generation efforts through community events and resident referrals. Reporting to the Community Manager and Leasing Director, this role contributes to leasing operations, resident services, and sales and marketing while maintaining Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive resident relationships.
• Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and support prospective residents.
• Participate in community events to generate leasing leads.
• Encourage and follow up on resident referrals.
• Support leasing operations, resident services, and sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in residential leasing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance.
• Experience with property management software.
• Spanish-English fluency.
• Sales presentation skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Bilingual, can speak/understand Spanish
