2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (1 opening)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1 opening)

DAUCH (formerly American Axel Manufacturing), a leading global supplier of automotive driveline and metal forming products, is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Twinsburg. They are a leading automotive supplier known for investing in its employees and promoting from within.

This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repairs to prevent repeat failures.
• Read and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs, including SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and modify ABB robotics systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Install, align, and maintain manufacturing equipment and plant systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Technical, vocational, trade school, or equivalent maintenance experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with:
• Allen Bradley PLCs
• Hydraulics
• Robotics
• Welding
• Electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
