For experienced sales representatives, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work with transparent commissions, operational support, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You’ll connect with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and explain roofing solutions for insurance restoration and retail projects.

From the first conversation through project completion, you’ll help homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions.

• Generate your own leads through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Meet with homeowners to understand their concerns and explain our services.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage following training and safety procedures.
• Document findings with clear photos and accurate notes.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process, with coverage determined by their insurer.
• Present retail roofing proposals and explain project scope, pricing, and next steps.
• Follow up consistently, address objections professionally, and close sales.
• Keep customer records current and coordinate with the office and production team.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Year 1 earning potential: 70,000–150,000+
Year 2 earning potential: 100,000–200,000+

Actual earnings depend on sales performance, completed projects, and the written compensation plan. These ranges are earning potential, not guaranteed income.
