A-Line Staffing is now hiring Operator 2, Machine in Hunt Valley, MD. The Operator 2, Machine would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Operator 2, Machine Compensation

The pay for this position is $18.55 per hour (includes shift differential)

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Operator 2, Machine Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (plus 1 week onboarding Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, required)

Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot moderately complex / automated manufacturing equipment
Perform routine setup, operation, minor maintenance, and preventative maintenance (PM)
Inspect in-process parts and remove defective product/material
Complete accurate quality, safety, and maintenance documentation
Support basic issue resolution related to machine performance and/or product quality
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety/housekeeping procedures
Work overtime as needed to meet business requirements

Operator 2, Machine Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

2+ years of manufacturing experience (regulated environment preferred)
Must be able to read/write/speak English and perform basic arithmetic
Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
Safety shoes required
Must be punctual and able to work on-site (in-person interview)
