Schedule

Overnight Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends required
• Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on 30+ patients per shift
• Use straight and butterfly needles
• Label, process, centrifuge, split, freeze, and package specimens
• Maintain specimen integrity and follow collection protocols
• Update patient information and documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and laboratory standards
• Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff

🔎 Qualifications

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with venipuncture in a hospital, laboratory, or fast-paced clinical setting
• Comfortable working with geriatric patients
• Strong specimen handling and processing skills
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states)

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
