What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision-machined components

🔹 Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments

🔹 Load materials and assist with machine operation

🔹 Inspect finished products using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

🔹 Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of CNC machining or machine operation experience

Blueprint and schematic reading skills

Experience with CNC mills, lathes, fabrication, and assembly

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and quality inspection equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Trade school, CNC schooling, or manual machining experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux City, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
