About the Role:
COGNIFYAR TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a skilled Windchill Administrator to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our PLM infrastructure while working alongside a talented group of technology professionals. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain PTC Windchill PLM systems and related infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure high availability
- Manage user accounts, roles, access controls, and security policies within Windchill
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support Windchill integrations and customizations
- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and administrative best practices
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for Windchill environments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Windchill Administrator or PLM Systems Administrator
- Proficiency with PTC Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and related modules
- Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, Info*Engine, and Windchill Business Administrator tools
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server database administration in a Windchill environment
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, Java, and Windows/Linux server environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
