About the Role:
McDonnell Hearing Solutions LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our growing team in Pensacola, FL. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiological assessments
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide patient counseling on hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing aid use
- Perform follow-up appointments, adjustments, and ongoing hearing aid maintenance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Build strong patient relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Stay current with the latest hearing technology, products, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Valid Florida license as an Audiologist (Au.D.) or Hearing Aid Specialist
- Experience with hearing aid fitting, programming, and dispensing
- Proficiency with audiometric testing equipment and hearing aid software
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload effectively
- Prior experience in a hearing healthcare or audiology clinic setting preferred
