3p-11p RN Supervisor MON-FRI

The 3p–11p RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight during Monday–Friday evening shifts. This role coordinates staff, supports quality patient care, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes clear communication among patients, families, and the care team. This position also requires you to work on call every 6th weekend.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening shift operations from 3p–11p, Monday through Friday.
• Provide clinical oversight and conduct patient assessments.
• Coordinate staff assignments and daily care activities.
• Manage medications and support individualized care planning.
• Document and report incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold clinical standards.
• Communicate with families regarding patient care and needs.
• Coordinate thorough handoffs to promote continuity of care.
