Position Overview

Proxena Health Group is recruiting a qualified Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in Aurora, Colorado.

The successful candidate will provide safe, evidence-based rehabilitation services, collaborate with healthcare professionals and help patients improve mobility, physical function and overall outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards and scope of practice.
• Assess patients and support individualized treatment interventions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, treatments and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Follow facility policies, regulatory standards and infection-control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license appropriate for practice in Colorado.
• BLS certification.
• One to two years of recent relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
