JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
• Licenses: Active Texas License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration required
• Experience: Emergency Medicine residency trained and/or continuous Emergency Medicine practice experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
• Perform emergency procedures including intubation, central line placement, and wound management.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers (NPPAs) and nursing staff.
• Consult with specialty services (Cardiology, Surgery, Neurology, etc.) as needed.
• Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner EMR.
