Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical roles, preferably with exposure to DCS automation control and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to learn new technologies and disciplines
• Customer Service Skills
• Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide Field Service Support for Honeywell HPS applications and products at customer locations.
• Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems.
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives.
• Provide first response technical support and deliver technical presentations.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the HPS suite of products and services.
